Section 01
Parties and Roles
Service Provider ("Provider"): FundedVerse Ltd, Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia.
FVTech LTD may process Commission payments to Affiliates. Payments may be administered by the Provider, or their designated payor/agent, at the Provider's discretion.
Section 02
Definitions
- Net Approved Revenue (NAR)
- The net revenue actually received and retained by FundedVerse for an order, calculated by excluding: refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, self-referrals, duplicate or suspicious transactions, discounts/coupons/price reductions applied to the order, and any taxes or costs that FundedVerse decides to exclude from the commission calculation. Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually collected by FundedVerse.
- Customer
- A new end-user who purchases an eligible FundedVerse product or service via an Affiliate tracking link, coupon code, or other official attribution system, subject to attribution rules.
- First Purchase
- The Customer's first eligible paid order attributed to an Affiliate under the Program.
- Recurring Purchases
- All subsequent eligible paid orders made by the same Customer attributed to the Affiliate after the First Purchase. Recurring Purchases include, without limitation: resets, retries, new challenges, new accounts, upgrades, and any other purchases linked to the same Customer profile. Recurring commission eligibility expires 12 months after the Customer's First Purchase date.
- Eligible Products
- FundedVerse evaluation/challenge products and any items explicitly marked as eligible in the affiliate dashboard. The Provider may exclude products at any time.
- Qualified Sale
- A sale that is valid, not refunded/charged back, not fraudulent, complies with these Affiliate Terms and Program Rules, and passes all validation checks.
Section 03
Enrollment, Eligibility, and Approval
Participation in the Program is subject to approval. The Provider may accept or reject any application in its sole discretion, including for compliance, brand safety, fraud risk, or regulatory reasons.
The Program is intended for individuals. Certain benefits may be restricted to individuals and may be unavailable to corporate entities where required by policy or compliance.
The Provider may require identity verification (KYC) for Affiliates at any time (including prior to commission payouts), and may suspend payouts pending verification.
Section 04
Affiliate Marketing Rules and Compliance
- The Affiliate must market FundedVerse ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws (advertising, consumer protection, data privacy, anti-spam).
- The Affiliate must not make misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims, including claims of guaranteed profits, guaranteed passing, guaranteed payouts, or "risk-free" outcomes.
- The Affiliate must not present FundedVerse as a broker, dealer, financial institution, or investment advisor, and must not offer investment advice.
- The Affiliate must not bid on FundedVerse trademarks or brand terms in paid search (brand bidding) unless expressly permitted in writing.
- The Affiliate must not use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, incentivized traffic, bots, cloaking, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, or any similar abusive practices.
- The Affiliate must not use unauthorized coupon sites, deal forums, or extensions unless explicitly approved in writing.
- The Affiliate must comply with sanctions and restricted jurisdictions requirements and must not target prohibited markets where FundedVerse restricts access.
Section 05
Tracking, Attribution, and Self-Referrals
The attribution of a Customer to an Affiliate is determined by FundedVerse's official tracking system. For a commission to be valid, the Customer must be correctly associated with the Affiliate through:
- Affiliate tracking link
- Coupon or partner code, if applicable
- Other attribution systems defined by FundedVerse
Attribution rules (including cookie duration, last-click logic, and cross-device limitations) are determined by the Provider and may change. In the event of attribution conflicts, the Provider's internal tracking system shall prevail.
Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are prohibited. The Affiliate may not earn commissions on their own purchases or on purchases made by household members, employees, contractors, or controlled entities, or otherwise where the Affiliate is the beneficial purchaser, to the extent determined by the Provider.
Where attribution is unclear, disputed, or appears abusive, the Provider may deny, re-attribute, or void commissions in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith.
Section 06
Commission Structure and Tier Matrix
Commissions are paid only on Qualified Sales and are calculated on Net Approved Revenue (NAR). All tiers are subject to validation, clawbacks for refunds/chargebacks, and Program integrity controls.
The Tier Matrix below is incorporated into these Affiliate Terms. The Provider may update the Tier Matrix from time to time by posting an updated version in the affiliate dashboard or on the website.

First Purchase Commission
The First Purchase commission is payable on the first eligible paid order completed by a new Customer attributed to the Affiliate through the official FundedVerse tracking system. The commission percentage applied corresponds to the Affiliate's active tier at the time of the purchase.
Recurring Purchase Commission
The Recurring Purchase commission is payable on all subsequent eligible paid orders made by the same Customer attributed to the Affiliate, including but not limited to: resets, retries, new challenges, new accounts, upgrades, and any other purchases linked to the same Customer profile.
Recurring commission eligibility expires 12 months after the Customer's First Purchase date. After this 12-month period, subsequent purchases by the same Customer will no longer generate recurring commissions for the Affiliate.
Section 07
Tier Qualification, Promotions, and Retention
Tier promotions are based on the Affiliate's total Net Approved Revenue generated within a monthly measurement period, as displayed in the affiliate dashboard. The Provider may apply additional eligibility checks (traffic quality, chargeback rate, compliance history).
Tier Thresholds
- Lunar: Immediate access — default tier upon approval.
- Solar: Unlocked upon reaching $10,000 in monthly Net Approved Revenue.
- Galaxy: Unlocked upon reaching $25,000 in monthly Net Approved Revenue.
- Infinity: Unlocked upon reaching $60,000 in monthly Net Approved Revenue, or by manual approval from FundedVerse.
Promotion Timing and Non-Retroactivity
A higher tier applies only after it is achieved and confirmed in the dashboard (or in writing). Purchases attributed to referrals made before the tier change remain governed by the tier in effect at the time those referrals were created, unless the Provider expressly states otherwise.
Tier Retention
Once a new tier is reached, it remains active for a minimum of 3 months, even if the Affiliate's Net Approved Revenue in subsequent months falls below the required threshold.
At the end of the 3-month retention period, FundedVerse will recalculate the Affiliate's tier based on the most recent performance data. If the Affiliate's monthly NAR no longer meets the threshold, the tier may be downgraded accordingly.
Infinity Tier — Manual Approval
The Infinity tier may also be granted through manual approval by FundedVerse, at its sole discretion, regardless of NAR thresholds. This may apply to strategic partners, high-profile affiliates, or other cases where the Provider deems it appropriate. Manual approval may be subject to additional terms or conditions communicated in writing.
Section 08
Commission Validation, Exclusions, and Clawbacks
Validation Process
Commissions are not considered final at the time of order. Each commission is approved only after internal validation checks by FundedVerse. As a general rule, commissions may be approved after a control period of 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to additional verification if required.
FundedVerse reserves the right to approve or cancel any commission in the following circumstances:
- Refund request by the Customer
- Chargeback initiated by the Customer or their payment provider
- Fraudulent use of the tracking or attribution system
- Purchases attributable to the Affiliate themselves or related parties
- Violations of these Affiliate Terms or Program rules
- Incentivised, deceptive, or low-quality traffic
Non-Commissionable Orders
No commissions shall be recognised on orders falling within any of the following categories:
- Refunded orders
- Orders subject to chargeback
- Fraudulent or suspicious orders
- Orders placed by the Affiliate themselves
- Orders placed by parties connected to the Affiliate (household members, employees, contractors, controlled entities)
- Orders obtained through deceptive practices, spam, or violation of FundedVerse policies
- Free, promotional, or non-commission-eligible orders
Clawbacks
If a sale is refunded, charged back, reversed, or later deemed invalid or fraudulent, the corresponding commission (including recurring components) will be clawed back or offset against future payouts. If the Affiliate's balance is insufficient, the outstanding amount will be deducted from future commissions.
Section 09
Payouts
Approved and consolidated commissions may be paid according to the frequency established by FundedVerse. The following payout rules apply:
- Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
- Payout frequency: weekly or bi-weekly, at the Provider's discretion.
- Only approved and consolidated commissions are eligible for payout.
- Payout methods and processing timelines may vary by region and provider availability.
FundedVerse reserves the right to temporarily withhold payouts in cases of anti-fraud verification, operational anomalies, or pending investigations.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, and obligations arising from commissions, unless withholding is required by law.
Section 10
Audit, Investigation, and Enforcement
The Provider may audit Affiliate activity, traffic sources, and marketing materials at any time. The Affiliate must promptly provide information reasonably requested to verify compliance (campaign URLs, ad creatives, email templates, traffic reports).
If the Provider reasonably suspects Prohibited Conduct (including coupon abuse, cookie stuffing, brand bidding, misrepresentation, or fraud), the Provider may suspend the Affiliate account, withhold payouts, void commissions, and terminate participation.
Section 11
Intellectual Property and Brand Guidelines
FundedVerse trademarks, logos, and brand assets may be used only in accordance with written brand guidelines and only for promoting FundedVerse. No ownership rights are granted.
The Provider may revoke permission to use brand assets at any time. The Affiliate must immediately cease use upon request or termination.
Section 12
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available." The Provider disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Program.
Nothing limits liability to the extent it cannot be limited under mandatory law (including for gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable).
Section 13
Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and their affiliates and representatives from claims, losses, damages, penalties, and expenses arising from the Affiliate's breach of these Affiliate Terms, unlawful marketing, or infringement of third-party rights.
Section 14
Term, Termination, and Survival
These Affiliate Terms remain in effect until terminated. The Provider may terminate or suspend an Affiliate's participation at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law, including for compliance, fraud risk, reputational risk, or Program changes.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease marketing, stop using brand assets, and remove FundedVerse references where required.
Section 15
Right to Modify the Program
FundedVerse reserves the right to modify at any time:
- Commission percentages
- Tier access thresholds
- Approval timelines
- Payout conditions
- Traffic eligibility criteria
- Affiliate Program rules
Any changes will be communicated through the official Program channels (dashboard, email, or website). Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 16
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
