FundedVerse operates as a proprietary trading evaluation firm providing skill assessment programs and simulated trading environments. It is important that you understand the following:
- All trading activities conducted through our platform are performed using demo accounts in a simulated trading environment with virtual (fictitious) funds.
- FundedVerse does not act as a broker, dealer, financial intermediary, or investment advisor and does not accept client deposits.
- No real money trading is facilitated directly through FundedVerse. All accounts provided are demo accounts operating in a simulated environment.
- Any fees paid by participants for our evaluation programs should not be regarded as deposits, investments, or trading capital. They represent payment for access to our educational and skill-assessment services.
- There are no guarantees, promises, or representations of rewards, returns, or profits in connection with our Services.

General Trading Risks
While our Services involve simulated trading, participants should fully understand the risks inherent in real financial market trading, including but not limited to the following:
2.1 Market Risk
- Financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable. Prices of currencies, commodities, indices, and other instruments can fluctuate rapidly due to economic, political, geopolitical, and other factors beyond anyone's control.
- Market conditions, including liquidity, spreads, and volatility, can change without warning, and sudden price movements may occur that are adverse to open positions.
- Economic events, macroeconomic data releases, central bank decisions, and geopolitical developments can cause significant and rapid price movements.
2.2 Leverage Risk
- Leveraged trading significantly amplifies both potential profits and potential losses. A small market movement can result in a proportionately larger change in account equity.
- High leverage increases the risk of substantial and rapid losses, including the possibility of losing the entire account balance.
- Margin calls and stop-out levels may be triggered during periods of heightened volatility, resulting in the forced closure of open positions.
2.3 Liquidity Risk
- Certain financial instruments may experience periods of limited liquidity, particularly during off-market hours, holidays, or periods of extreme volatility.
- Market gaps (price discontinuities) may occur, especially around major news events, market openings, or weekend closures, and may result in execution prices that differ materially from expected levels.
- Stop-loss orders and other protective measures may not execute at their intended price levels due to slippage, gaps, or insufficient market depth.

- FundedVerse shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from technical failures, system errors, or disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.
3.2 Data and Security Risks
- Price feeds may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions. Such data discrepancies may affect the perceived value of positions.
- Cybersecurity threats, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, malware, and unauthorised access attempts, may compromise platform integrity and account security.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for implementing reasonable measures to protect their accounts from unauthorised access.

Evaluation and Program-Specific Risks
4.1 Evaluation Programs
- Failure to meet the applicable performance criteria, trading objectives, or compliance rules during any evaluation phase may result in the termination or failure of the evaluation, without refund of the evaluation fee.
- Violation of the Company's trading rules, including but not limited to maximum daily loss limits, maximum overall drawdown limits, and prohibited trading practices, may lead to immediate disqualification.
- The evaluation process is designed to be challenging and is not suitable for individuals with little to no trading experience. Even experienced traders may not pass the evaluation.
- Time constraints and performance targets may create psychological pressure that can adversely affect trading decisions and performance outcomes.
4.2 Funded / Rewarded Accounts
- Funded or rewarded accounts are subject to strict risk management rules and ongoing compliance requirements. Violation of drawdown limits or other account rules will result in immediate account termination.
- Any performance-based compensation or profit-sharing is subject to full compliance with all applicable program rules, terms, and conditions.
- FundedVerse reserves the right to modify account parameters, impose trading restrictions, reduce leverage, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion to ensure the stability and integrity of its platform and operations.
- Account scaling and progression depend on consistent performance and continued adherence to all program rules.

- The information provided on the FundedVerse website and through our Services is not directed at residents of any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

FundedVerse does not offer its Services to residents of jurisdictions that are subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to those imposed by FATF, the European Union, or the United Nations. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals or entities located in restricted jurisdictions, and maintains a list of restricted countries which may be updated from time to time at its sole discretion.
FundedVerse does not provide services to the residents of, including but not limited to: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
